Aimed mainly for the disabled, but able bodied are also welcome.

 

Electric heating throughout, with constant hot water via in-line heater.

Sitting room:
A bright and spacious south-facing room with TV/DVD. Folding  table. Electric rising chair, plus comfy chair. Additional double bed, in large cupboard (see images).There is also a small library of DVDs, Games etc.

Bathroom / Wet room:
Large open plan room with toilet, sink, shower – grab rails around toilet, shower seat and toilet seat raiser available.

Kitchen:
Electric cooker and Fridge (hob has raised dots for the partially sighted) – microwave, kettle, toaster (pour assist for the kettle available plus a few other aids for the disabled - please ask).

Bedroom:
Double Electric bed, set of draws, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, alarm clock and bedside lamps. There is room for a travel cot if necessary, but this is not supplied. A bed table is also available.

External utility building:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer are available.
